Lucent Window Care ("Lucent," "we," "us") keeps this simple: we collect only what we need to quote and clean your windows, and we never sell your information.
Only what you give us, through the quote form, the on-site chat, a phone call, or an email:
We never see or store your full card number. Card payments are handled by Stripe (see section 3).
To prepare your quote, schedule and perform your service, back up our records, and contact you about your request. Your service address is used only to price and perform the job, nothing else.
We do not sell your information and we don't share it for anyone else's advertising. We only pass it to the providers that help us run the business, and only so they can do that job for us:

Our chat assistant answers common questions right on the page. It is an automated assistant, not a person. What you type in the chat, along with the last few messages of that conversation, is sent to Google's AI service so it can write a reply. If you send a question with your contact details, we use that to reply and follow up. Please don't enter sensitive information (like payment card or account numbers) into the chat. For a firm price, use the free quote form.
We may text or email you about your quote, your appointment, and your receipt, and once after a job to ask for a Google review. These are about your service, not advertising. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Tell us to stop (just reply STOP or email us) and we will.
We use a single first-party cookie to understand how visitors find Lucent, for example, whether you arrived from a Google search, an Instagram post, or an online ad. This helps us know which of our efforts are actually reaching Valley homeowners so we can spend our time and budget well.
This is first-party only: the information stays with us, it isn't used to serve you ads, it isn't sold, and there are no third-party advertising trackers on this site. It doesn't personalize the site or change what you see. If you'd rather not allow it, you can decline the notice at the bottom of the screen, or block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time, the site works exactly the same either way.
A few things on this site are loaded from other companies: the embedded Google Map, the Google reviews display (provided by Featurable), Google Fonts, and the code libraries we load through jsDelivr. Those companies can see your IP address and may set their own cookies, under their own privacy policies. We use no advertising or tracking pixels from anyone.
We keep quote and customer information as long as we need it to serve you and to keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and stop any texts or emails from us, just email lucentwindowcare@gmail.com. If you're a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to request access to or deletion of your personal information and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising it. Because we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
Our site and services are meant for adults arranging service for a home or business, and are not directed to children under 13.
