Lucent Window Care ("Lucent," "we," "us") keeps this simple: we collect only what we need to quote and clean your windows, and we never sell your information.
Only what you give us — through the quote form, the on-site chat, a phone call, or an email:
To prepare your quote, schedule and perform your service, back up our records, and contact you about your request. Your service address is used only to price and perform the job — nothing else.
We do not sell your information and we don't share it for anyone else's advertising. We only pass it to the trusted providers that help us run the business — for example, the service that delivers our quote-form submissions and the database that stores your request — and only so they can perform that function for us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Our chat assistant answers common questions right on the page. If you send a question with your contact details, we use that to reply and follow up. Please don't enter sensitive information (like payment card or account numbers) into the chat.
We use a single first-party cookie to understand how visitors find Lucent — for example, whether you arrived from a Google search, an Instagram post, or an online ad. This helps us know which of our efforts are actually reaching Valley homeowners so we can spend our time and budget well.
This is first-party only: the information stays with us, it isn't used to serve you ads, it isn't sold, and there are no third-party advertising trackers on this site. It doesn't personalize the site or change what you see. We keep quote and customer information as long as we need it to serve you and to keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of any marketing texts or emails — just email lucentwindowcare@gmail.com. If you're a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to request access to or deletion of your personal information and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising it. Because we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
Our site and services are meant for adults arranging service for a home or business, and are not directed to children under 13.
